Oxted & Limpsfield Cricket Club isn't rich enough to subsidise players (this is mainly addressed at ages 16+) who do not keep up to date on Match fees.

A recent audit of outstanding Match fees using the Pitchero database shows a significant amount of money owing on Match fees, in many cases going back for some time.

Despite the fantastic fund raising efforts towards the new Pavilion, that money cannot be used to pay our Ground Maintenance, Coaching, League fees and other week-to-week costs.

We really need to get better at collecting this money and ask you please to check your Payment requests in your Pitchero Account and bring outstanding monies up to date. They won't go away from your Pitchero record until you have paid the right amount.

Please in all cases link your Bank Account (not your Debit Card) to your Pitchero Account and each request can then be dealt with in no more than a minute. You will then get an immediate acknowledgment and we will see that you have made the payment , but the money may take about 3 working days to leave your account.

Please do not, under any circumstances, try to make up match fees by Direct payment to the OLCC Bank Account. We can no longer reconcile those payments with your Pitchero records.
