Surrey Championship Day at the Oval on Sunday

Free entry to two T20 games to celebrate 50th Anniversary of the Championship

Sunday 8 July is Surrey Championship Open Day at the Oval. To celebrate this anniversary season, two T20 games will take place. The day starts with the Surrey Senior Cricket Association playing the Surrey Masters at 11.30.

Following on from that, a Founding Clubs XI, from the original seventeen clubs, will play a team representing the Rest of the Surrey Championship. Neil Baker of Banstead has selected a squad from the 17 original founding Clubs and John Bramhall from Reigate Priory has picked from the Rest. The teams and final details will follow soon.

Free entry and everybody welcome. The Pavilion will be open as will the Long Room bar and tea rooms.
