Points scoring is the same as last year with an added bonus for catches - after all, they win matches. Get down to MP midweek and take your 50! Centuries are also now rewarded with 70 bonus points!

This year, you are no longer restricted to just 4 batsmen and bowlers, 2 all rounders and 1 keeper. You can mix and match (up to a limit) as long as you have 1 player in each position.

You also have a transfer wild card to be used once a season, allowing you to make unlimited free transfers for 1 week only.

You also have a triple captain points option to be used once a season. This means you captain scores triple points (normally double) for one week only.

Player values are based on a complex algorithm that takes the performances over the past 2 years as well as this years potential into consideration. It should make picking your side a little more difficult, however we should see more differences in the teams. This year, values will be fixed at the beginning of the season (or when added for new players). They will not change throughout the season.

As before, entry will be £10. There will be an option to pay this through Pitchero. If you are not paid up by the third evening of the Season (Saturday 19th May), then your team will be removed from the league.

Entry payments will be split 50/50 between prize fund and club donation (we have raised over £300 for the club). Come the end of the season, their will be a prize for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place.

The competition is open to everyone, however for the under 18's - any prizes will be given to parents / guardians.
